  GrupoNueva's Executive Committee is made up of the CEO, the managers or presidents of its divisions, and corporate executives. This committee defines and carries out the business strategies of the group and its divisions, including social and environmental policies and programs.  
 
  Roberto Salas. President and CEO GrupoNueva since 19 th , December 2007; He is also President of Masisa S.A.  He has developed an important part of his professional career at the Amanco Group, since he entered at the year 1989.  In 1994 he was appointed General Manager of Amanco Ecuador and in the year 2000 he assumed as COO of Amanco Group. From 2003 to 2007, he served as Executive President of Amanco Group. He has been Professor of Economy Management at the Catholic University of Guayaquil for 17 years until 1997. Actually he works as columnist at The Commerce Daily of Quito. Salas is Ecuadorian, Economist of the Catholic University of Guayaquil with studies in Development Management Project of Kellogg Business School and in Advance Management at Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Actually he resides in Santiago, Chile.
 

 
Carlos Marín. COO of GrupoNueva since July 2007 and Vice President of the group’s Corporate Finance since January 2005. He is also Director of The Plycem Company. Until December 2004 he served as CFO of MASISA S.A., where he previously served as Project Manager and was in charge of stockholder relations. He started his career in 1995 as investment analyst for the investment subsidiary of the Banco de Santiago, at that time Chile 's largest commercial bank. Carlos Marín is Chilean, with a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Valparaíso Business School of Chile’s Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, and also holds an MBA from Stanford University in the USA.  
 
 
 
 
  María Emilia Correa. Vice President of GrupoNueva’s Social and Environmental Responsibility, Corporate Manager for Sustainable Development of Masisa and Counsellor to the Fundación Comunidades Quetzal. She is of Colombian nationality and holds a law degree from the Universidad de los Andes, Bogota, Colombia, and a master's in sociology from the New School for Social Research, New York. Since 1984 she worked in the conservation of biological resources in Latin America with organizations such as The Nature Conservancy of the United States and Fundación Natura in Colombia. In 1994 she joined the Colombian Business Council for Sustainable Development, serving as its executive director until June 2000 when she was invited to work for GrupoNueva. Prior to her links with GrupoNueva she was a board member of international organizations such as the Global Reporting Initiative and Sullivan Principles for Corporate Social Responsibility, and also served on the editorial committees of various academic publications on sustainable development. She was also actively involved in defining the positions of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) on corporate social responsibility and eco-efficiency, and collaborated with multilateral agencies such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF).
 
 
 
 
Rosangela Mac Cord Faria. GrupoNueva’s Director of Risks and Audits and Manager of Processes and Corporate Governance of Masisa. She is Brazilian and for 21 years has held a variety of posts in Latin America in the ExxonMobil Corporation in areas such as the center for shared services, audits, inspections, tax department, financial reporting, special projects and in different business departments such as Chemicals, Lubricants, Distribution, Corporate Aviation and Adminisration. She held positions such as Director, Corporate Administrator, Comptroller and Counsellor. She holds an MBA from FGV-Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a Brasilian degree in accounting.  
 
 
 
   
  Enrique Cibié Bluth. Is of Chilean nationality and is Masisa's Corporate General Manager. He is also Vice President of the Board of Directors of Farmacias Benavides; President of the boards of Boticas Fasa, FASAMED and Terramater S.A.; Director of the Inter-American Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A., of the Fundación Alter Ego, of Empresas San Cristóbal and of the Colegio Mariano de Schoenstatt. Between 2001 and 2004 he served as Corporate General Manager of Farmacias Ahumada. Between 1996 and 2001 he held the post of General Manager of the Williamson Balfour/Embonor bottling company. Prior to this, between 1992 and 1996, he served as an independent consultant. Over the 1986–1992 period he was General Manager of Pepsi Cola Interamericana for Chile, Peru and Ecuador and General Manager of Embotelladora Chile S.A. Enrique Cibié graduated as a commercial engineer from Chile's Universidad Católica and holds an MBA from the University of Stanford.
